Snowboarding since 1990... kinda.
3 days at Breckenridge on an awful rental board sent me hobbling back to skiing. Then after 30 years off the mountain I returned and fell completely in love with snowboarding, it is the screensaver to my mind.

Unfortunately, I am even worse than a weekend warrior. I live in the relentlessly flat fenlands of the UK and only have an indoor snow dome that I visit most weeks to supplement my two 7-day trips in the mountains.

I am obsessed with chasing the perfect turn... and struggling to achieve good turnes. Mainly due to my intermediate skills and lack of access to carving lessons, but also because I am 193cm (6'4"), 95Kg (210lbs) and my US13 sized boots (with US14 feet) and struggling with equipment.
