Best soft boot for low volume feet that's stiff?

If it is in your budget and want to get a boot with boa, I would recommend the "Ride Insanos". The Salomon Malamute is also really really good. But it depends on your budget. What is your budget??

Yeah, the Insano's are really too tight on my high instep. There's also the Trident with the 3 boa's that's not listed as being quite as stiff, but some people say that it is (perhaps it's just a better fit).
